Our 5-Stage Roof Restoration Process
Condition Report
A comprehensive inspection of your roof condition. This includes understanding the age and integrity of the roof. We assess sheeting/tiles, leaks, faulty pointing, rusted screws, and cracked tiles.
Pressure Wash
A high pressure clean of your roof to remove all dirt, mould, flaking paint and stains. This is followed by a mould treatment to kill any remaining mould spores (applicable to tiled roofs only).
Repair or Replace
Any roof damage is quoted and we replace cracked tiles and repair loose or cracked pointing. For metal roofs we replace any rusted roof screws
Sealer & Undercoat
Now the roof surface is cleaned and repaired, its time to prime and seal. This stage seals the tiles so they have minimal porosity and allows for maximum adhesion of the topcoat. We use the highest quality sealers and primers including a high build undercoat for tiled roofs.
Top Coats
The final and most exciting stage is applied. We use two top coats of the highest quality roof membrane paint for maximum thickness and longevity.
